The 2020 Plastic Surgery Trends report has just been released, identifying the five most popular surgical options as:
- Nose Surgery
- Eyelid Surgery
- Facelift
- Liposuction
- Breast Augmentation
In this same report, the five most popular non-surgical cosmetic procedures in 2020 were identified as:
- Neuromodulators (BOTOX® Cosmetic, Dysport®, etc.)
- Soft Tissue Fillers (Juvederm®, Restylane®, Sculptra®, etc.)
- Laser Skin Resurfacing
- Chemical Peel
- IPL Treatment
Due to the pandemic, there were fewer plastic surgery and cosmetic procedures performed in 2020 compared to 2019. However, the continuing trend is upward, with an increase of 22% and 174%, respectively, when compared to the year 2000.
