WHAT IS MYELLEVATE™?
MyEllevate™ is a minimally invasive cosmetic procedure that lifts sagging skin around the neck for a smoother appearance and more sculpted jawline.
MyEllevate™ uses the ICELED® surgical suture system to refine the neck and jawline area and take years off of your appearance.
While MyEllevate™ necklift can be performed alone, Dr. Doyle may recommend receiving gentle liposuction under the chin in conjunction with your MyEllevate™ procedure for the ultimate contoured look.
HOW IS MYELLEVATE™ PERFORMED?
Your MyEllevate™ necklift procedure will be performed in-office by Dr. Doyle. To begin your procedure, you will be given local anesthesia in your treated area. This is to ensure you remain as comfortable as possible throughout the entirety of your procedure.
Unlike a facelift or a neck lift surgery, MyEllevate requires no incisions or surgical removal of excess skin. The procedure is usually performed in our office in about an hour, under local anesthesia. MyEllevate delivers immediate, natural-looking results that are long-lasting.
MyEllevate works by using ICLED™ light-guided technology to place a suture support system that tightens the muscles in your neck (also known as platysma). These sutures are permanent and will create an immediate improvement by reshaping the sagging tissues to reveal a more youthful contour and reduce the presence of “banding,” which is one of the common signs of aging.

WHAT RESULTS CAN I EXPECT FROM MYELLEVATE™?
After your MyEllevate™ procedure is performed, it is normal to experience mild swelling, bruising and tenderness in your treated areas. These side effects typically resolve on their own within three to five days of treatment. Patients are able to return to their normal daily activities immediately following their MyEllevate™ treatment. The results of your MyEllevate™ lift will be visible immediately following your appointment with desired results lasting for up to seven years.
Is MYELLEVATE™ LIKE A THREAD LIFT?
The MyEllevate technique is unique in that your Dr. Doyle will be able to place permanent sutures with extreme precision, using light-guided technology. Thread lifting involves the use of dissolvable sutures that are placed beneath the skin “blindly” for more temporary results.
